Notice 1: it does not include adapter,must use 5V/2A adapter to work it, some tv’s USB port only has 5V/0.5A,the power is not enough,it will not turn on as normal,must use a 5V/2A adapter to power it.

2,If the output voltage and current exceed 5V/2A, the TV stick will burn out, so high output voltage and current plugs cannot be used to power it.

Notice 2: If the remote can not work,pls do the factory reset to recover it.

a,use a computer mouse to work with it,clink right key can enter the UI,

b,do the factory reset,clink settings — device perference — reset.

c,it will restart itself after factory reset, then you can pair the remote again.

d,long pressing right and left keys together untill it pair well.
